In our fast paced environment and life stresses, sometimes you need to slow your flow, and even stop. Gentle + Restorative Yoga is wonderful opportunity to relax the body and restore the brain. The body is supported in postures that are held for a longer period of time, using the support of props (blankets, blocks and bolsters) to feel at ease and find comfort in each pose. It is a softer practice designed to bring the body – muscles, joints, vital organs – back into its natural balance and state of grace. This is a relaxing, rejuvenating class. All can benefit from this style class.

Gentle Flow Yoga offers slower movements with breath to warm up the body (lubricating joints and stretching muscles gradually). The class then moves into strengthening postures and a balancing pose to work on focus. This practice helps keep the body supple and healthy. This class is appropriate for beginners and people with injuries. All levels welcome.
This deep stretching class is combined with a slower flow style yoga incorporating breath work and longer holds to help improve flexibility. Yoga Stretch is ideal for students of all levels who are particularly tight, athletes, or those recovering from injuries. Your body will feel free and open, releasing deeply-stored tension. Mixed-level. Low to moderate intensity.
Combining the best of both practices! The dynamic blend of movement increases strength, balance, and agility, while relaxing and focusing your mind. The workout is easy on the joints, yet delivers a great strength, balance, agility and flexibility workout that you will love! This workout will leave you feeling energized, open, and toned. This fun flow class will open your heart, build strength and release the energy through powerful breathing techniques. Move and breathe to unleash and unlock barriers within the body. Leave feeling joyful and serene. Some knowledge of yoga postures recommended. Mixed-level.
Learn the foundations of Flow Yoga (vinyasa) through active poses to help you gain strength and flexibility. Practice: Seated and standing poses, Warrior strengthening poses, How to twist properly, Balancing poses, Sun Salutations, Flow (breath to breath movement)
First half of class builds heat through dynamic postures and Sun Salutations. Second half focuses on deep stretching. Strengthen and stretch your way to balanced mind, body, and spirit! Mixed Level. Moderate Intensity.
In this class, the flow picks up. Stronger, more advanced poses are taught, including jumpbacks in Sun Salutations, twists, backbends, binds, inversions, and arm balances. Variations and modifications are always offered, but students are also encouraged to find their edge. With dynamic sequencing, longer holds and deeper postures, Core Flow is for students who are ready to practice in a challenging way, both physically and mindfully. This class is appropriate for new injury free students and those with a strong, ongoing yoga practice.
